Our mission extends beyond formal educational. LiPAN is committed to promoting lifelong by providing opportunity for adult and continuous skill development.
Collaboration is the success. We work closely with the education authorities, educational research bodies, national and state libraries and other organization concerned with promoting readership.
LiPAN actively seeks to collaborate with appropriate governmennt and non-government agencies to establish and sustain literacy programs at all levela of society.
